Notwithstanding anything written in the prevailing law, the relationship between the fund and its customers and the details of the fund's transactions or accounts shall not be given to anyone other than the interested party. (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), in connection with any lawsuit or other legal proceedings, the court, in connection with the audit. Allowing an inspector appointed as an auditor or an inspector to conduct an inspection shall not be deemed to have breached the confidentiality of the fund's transactions or accounts.
